The International Space University (ISU) is introducing a new accredited Master of Science (MSc) in Space Studies. The MSc Space Studies is designed to prepare students to become interdisciplinary space professionals, ready to meet the needs of the rapidly developing space sector. 

The fourth edition of the Explorers Club's Global Exploration Summit (GLEX) is set to hold in Portugal from June 14th to 16th, 2023. The Summit will bring together the largest community of explorers and scientists from all over the world to the Azores in Portugal. This edition will also see the Explorers Club of New York partner with Expanding World.

Privateer Space has announced that Dr. Moriba Jah, the company’s co-founder and chief scientist, has received an award grant from the National Geographic Society and will become a National Geographic Explorer. This grant will go to Privateer’s launch of Glint Evader. Glint Evader will collect satellite data to develop software that predicts and helps astronomers anticipate when sunlight reflecting off of satellites may interfere with their observations.

The European Space Agency and Arianespace have announced the postponement of the JUpiter ICy moons Explorer (JUICE) mission following uncertain weather conditions. Arianespace confirmed that the postponement was a result of lightning risk to the launch. As a result, the launch will now tentatively go on Friday, April 14, 2023, at 12:14 p.m. Universal time (UTC),

The World Space Week Association (WSWA) has released the 2022 edition of its Annual Report, which provides a comprehensive overview of the Association's performance and achievements in the past year. "Space and Sustainability" was the World Space Week (WSW)'s 2022 theme to raise awareness of the key role of space in the sustainability of life on Earth and the importance of sustaining the space environment.

Ball Aerospace, Loft Federal and Microsoft announced on the 11th of April that they are working together on the Space Development Agency (SDA)’s experimental testbed program, NExT, that will carry 10 satellites with experimental payloads into orbit.

TRAD's (Tests and Radiation) technology will be on board the JUICE space probe which will launch on the 13th of April at 09:15 local time on board the Ariane 5 which will launch from the European spaceport Kourou.
