ReOrbit Partners AAC Clyde Space for Space Data Flow

ReOrbit has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AAC Clyde Space to further strengthen their collaboration in streamlining data flow in space. The primary objective of this strategic partnership is to develop a joint small satellite core avionics and flight software product, where AAC Clyde Space provides the designated hardware and ReOrbit provides the designated software.

Atomos Space and DCUBED partner on the Development of Solar Arrays

DCUBED, a German NewSpace component and subsystem company, is developing deployable and body-mounted solar arrays for two orbital transfer vehicles of the space logistics company Atomos. DCUBED (Deployables Cubed GmbH) specalises in mechanisms, solar arrays and deployables for Nano and SmallSats. The deployable solar arrays will supply the spacecraft with high power without sacrificing launch space. The Atmos Space orbital transfer vehicles are Meson and Gluon.

Kongsberg NanoAvionics to Build OQ Tech Satellites

Smallsat mission integrator and bus manufacturer Kongsberg NanoAvionics has received an order for three further satellites from 5G telecoms operator OQ Technology. As a result, these satellites will join OQ Technology’s existing constellation, turning the company into one of the largest 5G NB-IoT (narrowband Internet of things) satellite operators globally.
