NASA said its engineers have restored normal attitude control of the Cislunar Autonomous Positioning System Technology Operations and Navigation Experiment (CAPSTONE) spacecraft a month after it went into safe mode due to a problem during a trajectory correction maneuver.

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) reported that its ground stations have lost communication with its Mars orbiter spacecraft, Mangalyaan (MOM). MOM may have run out of propellant or battery power but it is also possible that an automated maneuver cut communications.

NASA’s SpaceX Crew-5 mission arrived at the International Space Station (ISS) following their launch on Wednesday from Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center in Florida, NASA stated. The crew is the fifth commercial crew rotation mission launched in partnership with SpaceX.

Launch services provider Arianespace, and SAB Launch Services (SAB-LS), specialized in launch services for small satellites, signed a multi-year framework agreement for the provision of end-to-end services for nanosatellites planned to fly on Arianespace missions.

The Arab Satellite Communications Organization, Arabsat, signed a contract with SpaceX to launch its 7A satellite, Arabist said. Arabsat 7A is the first of the company’s 7th generation satellites, featuring the latest technologies with regards to manufacturing, payload, performance, and flexibility.

Australian in-space transportation and logistics company Space Machines Company (SMC), has partnered with antenna equipment manufacturer Anywaves, to support its first mission in Q2 2023.  SMC chose SpaceX as the launch provider for its Roll Out mission.

Geospatial company Satellogic, has signed a three-year agreement with the Government of Albania to develop a dedicated satellite constellation providing the country with responsive satellite imagery capabilities across its sovereign territory, Satellogic said.

Space company Southern Launch, signed a Space Situational Awareness (SSA) Sharing Agreement with the United States Space Command (USSPACECOM), Southern Launch said. According to the agreement, Southern Launch will notify the United States Space Command about its upcoming launches.

NewSpace intelligence startup OroraTech, has completed a significant review in its European Space Agency (ESA) InCubed program, paving the way for the delivery of the CubeSat FOREST-3, the company said. FOREST-3 will be the first satellite of a multipurpose nanosatellite constellation with an expected revisit time of 30 minutes by 2026.
