Space Arbitration Regionally: Asia

The Space Arbitration Association, supported by SpaceWatch.Global is featuring a new event series: Space Arbitration Regionally.

The second event will take place on 30 May 2023 at 2 pm CEST and 8 am ET and focus on Asia. The panel will discuss the current state of the space industry in Asia, in particular in China and India, with a focus on public policies and private initiatives in different countries. It will also address past disputes as well as the potential for future disputes and the available dispute resolution mechanisms.
