Firefly Aerospace and Israel Aerospace Industries Enter Exclusive Agreement for U.S. Commercialization of Lunar Lander Technology

Firefly Aerospace has announced that it has signed an Intellectual Property and Engineering Support Agreement with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) for technology based on its Beresheet Lunar Lander. Firefly Aerospace is one of the nine companies selected by NASA to participate in the Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) program to deliver science payloads to the surface of the Moon.

Spain’s Hispasat And Israel’s hiSky To Offer IoT And MSS Terminals In Mexico

Spanish satellite telecommunications operator Hispasat, has completed the successful installation of a hub at its gateway in Ixtlahuaca del Rayón (México) to manage the Smartellites™, hiSky terminals that offer mobile satellite services (MSS) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions through Amazonas-5 satellite Ka-band, which covers 79% of the Mexican population. Both companies signed an agreement in 2017 to jointly commercialize this solution in Spain, Portugal, Latin America, and North Africa.
