
Ibadan, 28 May 2026. – Revolv Space has entered into a contract with Infinite Orbits to provide solar array drive assembly (SADA) units for several of the latter’s geostationary in-orbit servicers, marking Revolv Space’s first mission to GEO and its entry into the in-orbit servicing market.
Operating an inspection satellite in Geostationary Orbit, at roughly 36,000 km, involves higher levels of complexity than Low Earth Orbit. The platforms must withstand a far harsher radiation environment over a long design life. More so, proximity operation with GEO assets demand continuous, uninterrupted power generation, given that a loss of power mid-maneuver introduces collision risks during the maneuver.
This collaboration is consequently Revolv Space’s next strategic move, answering the challenge of bringing proven credibility to the high-stakes GEO market. By supplying units SADA units, Revolv Space enables Infinite Orbits to maximize Orbit Average Power (OAP), providing critical, uninterrupted power generation capabilities necessary for autonomous maneuvers.
Furthermore, Revolv Space will provide Engineering Models and Flight Models of an advanced version of its SADA units, named SARA Pro, suitable for microsatellites and designed to withstand a more challenging radiation environment.

SARA Pro combines three features that rarely coexist: a compact microsat-class form factor, high power transfer capabilities needed to keep payloads running continuously, and a radiation-tolerant architecture to survive the GEO environment. In addition, Revolv Space will perform a full GEO qualification campaign, including vibration, thermal vacuum and electromagnetic compatibility tests.
