Ibadan, 11 March 2026. – Hydrosat has received a three-year contract renewal from Madera County to continue delivering a comprehensive, field-level crop water use measurement and monitoring program.
Under the agreement, Hydrosat will deliver daily crop water use monitoring, irrigation scheduling tools, seasonal crop monitoring, allocation tracking and visual reporting through a shared digital portal serving agencies and growers alike.
Unlike coarse regional models or manual reporting systems, Hydrosat provides daily measurement at the individual field level with 10m resolution, integrating monitoring, reporting and decision support into a single platform designed to drive grower adoption beyond regulatory oversight.
This county-wide implementation covers approximately 220,000 acres and provides Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs), landowners and growers with daily, actionable insights into irrigation water use in support of California’s Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).
