Ibadan, 17 February 2026. – ELT Group, a global leader in Electronic Warfare systems, and D-Orbit, a pioneering company in the space logistics and in-orbit services sector, have established a strategic cooperation framework aimed at fostering long-term collaboration in the space domain, within the context of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.

The agreement outlines a shared commitment to jointly assess and pursue business development opportunities, while strengthening industrial and technological cooperation in key capability areas, including RF spectrum monitoring, extensive cyber capabilities, satellite platforms, and in-orbit services, with specific reference to the Kingdom.

Within the context of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives, the cooperation agreement aims to create a stable and coherent basis for joint activities aligned with national priorities for technological development, industrial growth, and localization. The Saudi Ministry of Investment consequently sponsored the agreement signing ceremony, highlighting the importance of the initiative.

By leveraging their complementary expertise and assets, the two parties thereby aim to contribute to the development of an advanced and resilient space ecosystem capable of supporting both institutional and commercial requirements.

“This cooperation framework with ELT Group brings together complementary capabilities across advanced sensing and spectrum awareness, cyber, and orbital infrastructure domains, enabling the development of space-based services designed to support secure communications, situational awareness, and data integrity,” remarked Luca Rossettini, D-Orbit’s CEO.

“By working together and in alignment with the Kingdom’s national priorities,” Rossettini added, “we aim to contribute to the development of trusted, locally anchored capabilities that strengthen long-term operational readiness while supporting the growth of a competitive domestic space industry.”

Furthermore, a central component of the framework is the exploration of industrial cooperation models consistent with Saudi national localization policies. These include initiatives related to local manufacturing, the transfer of strategic technologies and capabilities, and the development of domestic industrial and technological competencies.

In this context, ELT Group and D-Orbit, through their respective Saudi entities, are in an ideal and strategic position to support future space-related activities in the Kingdom, in alignment with national industrial development objectives and with a view to addressing both domestic needs and potential export markets.
