Scout and LEOcloud agree to collaborate on next generation of space domain awareness services

Edibnburgh / Alexandria, 7 June 2022. – Scout, a company developing next-generation space safety of flight and autonomous proximity operations services, and LEOcloud, offering a scalable space-based, multi-cloud Infrastructure as a Services (IaaS), have signed a Letter of Intent to work together to enhance space operations safety, Scout announced. 

The collaboration will integrate Scout’s Space Domain Awareness (SDA) capabilities with LEOcloud’s Space Edge IaaS platform. Scout’s on-orbit sensing and analytics solutions ensure transparency on space operations, as well as spaceflight safety enhancements. 

On the other hand, LEOcloud’s hybrid cloud services will enable the lowest latency for AI and predictive analytics Scout said. The cooperation’s SDA solutions will serve commercial, government, and military organizations. The aim of the two startups is to aid R&D, business, and mission-critical services and applications in a seamless hybrid cloud environment.
