Based on his over thirty years of experience in space law education, research and numerous publications, including Global Space Governance: An International Study, he will discuss the urgent need for more law and institutions to keep space utilisation sustainable, conflict-free and for the benefit of all nations and people.

He will address the following three questions:

  • What are the projections for next 10 years for global space activities?
  • What are the challenges in making space utilization sustainable, conflict-free and for the benefit of all?
  • What should be done to meet these challenges and how the suggested solutions should be implemented in practice?

This Space Café WebTalk will be hosted by Torsten Kriening, publisher of SpaceWatch.Global. The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions in dialogue with Prof. Jakhu.
