Based on his over thirty years of experience in space law education, research and numerous publications, including Global Space Governance: An International Study, he will discuss the urgent need for more law and institutions to keep space utilisation sustainable, conflict-free and for the benefit of all nations and people.
He will address the following three questions:
- What are the projections for next 10 years for global space activities?
- What are the challenges in making space utilization sustainable, conflict-free and for the benefit of all?
- What should be done to meet these challenges and how the suggested solutions should be implemented in practice?
