China has launched eight computing satellites developed by ADA Space as part of its Star Compute program, expanding the company's efforts to establish artificial intelligence (AI) computing infrastructure in orbit.
The satellites were among 10 spacecraft deployed by a LandSpace Zhuque-2E Y4 rocket on 14 October from the Dongfeng commercial space innovation pilot zone in northwest China.
