York Space Systems Raises $629 Million in Initial Public Offering, Valued at $4.75 Billion

York Space Systems has concluded its upsized Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 18,500,000 shares at a public offering price of $34 per share and an opening price of $38. However, York also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,775,000 shares of its common stock at the IPO price.

The shares begun trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 29, 2026 under the ticker symbol “YSS,” before closing on January 30, 2026. The company subsequently ended with a valuation of $4.75 billion, raising $629 million after selling 18.5 million ​shares.
