The Republic of Türkiye has become the latest country to join the Artemis Accords following a ceremony hosted by NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman at the agency’s headquarters in Washington on 31 August.
The accession establishes a common framework for responsible civil exploration as Türkiye advances its own lunar ambitions, potentially providing a foundation for deeper cooperation with the United States and other Artemis signatories as the country's lunar program progresses.
