Kongsberg Satellite Services and the Institute for Q-shu Pioneers of Space, Inc. have announced an extended long-term partnership to further accelerate the "QPS-SAR Project," which aims to build a 36-small-SAR-satellite constellation to deliver near-real-time earth observation data at an average 10-minute interval almost anywhere in the world.
