The International Astronautical Federation has announced the postponement of the 2026 edition of the Global Space Conference on Climate Change (GLOC 2026). The conference was scheduled to hold from 2-4 this June at the Kigali Convention Center in Rwanda.
Postponed until further notice, the IAF cited the well-being of the conference's participants and health security as its highest priorities, inferring that the postponement was necessitated by prevailing health concerns around East and Central Africa.
