Deutsche Telekom is expanding its network coverage through satellite-based direct connectivity in partnership with Starlink to bring mobile communications to areas where network expansion is particularly challenging.
By integrating satellite-based mobile connectivity, Telekom aims to increase the robustness of its mobile network and providing additional safety for customers, particularly in exceptional or infrastructure-constrained situations such as natural disasters or prolonged power outages.
