Anduril has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions, a US-based national security company focused on space domain awareness and missile defense, in line with its goal to expand its space portfolio primarily towards U.S. defense missions.
By integrating ExoAnalytic’s global commercial telescope and sensor network, missile defense software, and simulation and tracking algorithms, into its autonomy and command and control expertise, the defense tech company intends to rapidly enhance and extend its capabilities, including space domain awareness, to enable continued space superiority for America and its allies.
