Gilmour Space Confirms In-Orbit Operation of ElaraSat MMS-1 Australian Satellite

Gilmour Space Technologies has confirmed the successful in-orbit operation of its 100-kilogram satellite platform, ElaraSat MMS-1 (Multi-Mission Satellite-1). The confirmation cements another step forward for Australian space capability. Launched aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-14 mission in June, the locally designed and built satellite bus features a hyperspectral imager from CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency.
