Vodafone and AST SpaceMobile Headquarter SatCo Joint Venture in Luxembourg

Vodafone Group and AST SpaceMobile Inc. have announced that their new joint venture company, SatCo, will be headquartered in Luxembourg. AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only space-based cellular broadband network accessible directly by everyday smartphones, designed for both commercial and government applications.
