Rheinmetall and ICEYE have signed an MoU to establish a joint venture, Rheinmetall ICEYE Space Solutions, for satellite production. Rheinmetall will be the majority shareholder in the new joint venture with 60 per cent of the shares, while ICEYE holds 40 per cent. Nevertheless, the foundation is still subject to definitive agreements and official approvals.
