Kenya Space Agency Installs New Radio Telescope

The Kenya Space Agency (KSA) has completed the installation of the Transient Array Radio Telescope (TART), enhancing the East African country's role in radio astronomy. The announcement happened on the side of a week-long workshop by KSA, in collaboration with the South African Radio Astronomy Observatory (SARAO), and the Electronic Research Foundation of New Zealand.
