Prof. Dr. Olavo de O. Bittencourt Neto is a professor at the Catholic University of Santos, Brazil. Professor Bittencourt has been a member of Brazilian Delegations before the United Nations Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNCOPUOS) since 2009, and was appointed by the Brazilian government as an arbitrator for space related disputes at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). Recently, he served as co-vice chair of The Hague International Space Resources Governance Working Group. Professor Bittencourt organises innovative new ways to inspire curiosity in the generation of space leaders of today and tomorrow.

This Space Café  will be hosted by Ian Grosner, Correspondent of SpaceWatch.Global for Brazil.  The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions in dialogue with Prof. Dr. Olavo de O. Bittencourt Neto.
