However, York also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,775,000 shares of its common stock at the IPO price. The shares begun trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 29, 2026 under the ticker symbol “YSS,” before closing on January 30, 2026.
