 E-Space, a global space company focused on bridging Earth and space with the world’s most sustainable low Earth orbit (LEO) network, announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CommAgility from the Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. CommAgility is a stand-alone developer of embedded signal processing and Radio Frequency (RF) modules, with its own LTE PHY/stack source code for commercial grade 4G and 5G mobile networks, air-to-ground (ATG), satellite communications (Satcom) and related applications.

SpaceX has launched its new business segment called Starshield satellite services designed for US national security government use. The service will utilize the Starlink constellation technology to support national security efforts focus on three areas. These comprise Earth observation, communications, and hosted payloads.

OQ Technology, a pioneer of 5G IoT satellite services, has announced March 2023 as the planned launch date for the Luxembourg Space Agency (LSA) & European Space Agency ( ESA) -supported MACSAT mission, following its recent 13 million euros Series A funding round.

Nanosatellite and cubesat company Apogeo Space, has signed a multiple launch agreement space logistics and transportation services provider D-Orbit, to bring its satellites into orbit, Apogeo said. The launches are planned to start in 2023.

OneWeb has announced a distribution partnership agreement with Q-KON Africa, a specialist technology company that supplies solutions based on satellite, wireless, and VoIP technologies to offer broadband connectivity services in African countries. Q-KON Africa connects “off-grid” locations through their satellite broadband service, Twoobii, to core networks throughout Africa reliably and effectively.
