Low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite communications company OneWeb, and flat panel antenna provider Kymeta, are set to introduce a joint superyacht offering at Monaco Yacht Show with LEO connectivity and antenna combination, the companies said.

NASA’s Double Asteroid Redirection Test (DART), the world’s first planetary defense technology demonstration successfully impacted its asteroid target 10 months after launch, NASA said. The mission attempted to move asteroid Dimorphos off its orbit.

Human spaceflight services provider Axiom Space, has signed an agreement with the Saudi Space Commission (SSC) for a future flight opportunity no earlier than 2023, Axiom said. Under the agreement, Axiom will train Saudi astronauts for human spaceflight and conducting scientific research in space.

Spaceflight safety software-as-a-service provider Kayhan Space, and space tech company Precious Payload, entered into a strategic partnership to provide more access to breakthrough spaceflight safety solutions, Kayhan said. According to the agreement, Precious Payload will offer Kayhan's collision avoidance and conjunction assessment software, Pathfinder, to customers.

Metal and industrial equipment provider CisLunar Industries, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with commercial space company Sierra Space, to support and enable Sierra Space’s Dream Chaser spaceplane, Orbital Reef, LIFETM habitat, and other innovative technologies currently under development, the companies said.

Ground network services provider KSAT, has joined forces with Earth imaging technology company, Pixxel, to support its work building the world’s highest resolution hyperspectral imaging satellite constellation, KSAT said. The company will provide access to its global ground network to enable Pixxel’s constellation to reveal key data about Earth’s health.

Space exploration company Intuitive Machines, has signed a definitive business combination agreement with Inflection Point Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company, in order for Intuitive Machines to become a publicly listed firm.  Intuitive Machines is expected to have a pro forma equity value of over US $1 billion with shareholders rolling their holdings into the combined company.

Spaceflight safety platform provider Kayhan Space, focused on innovative collision avoidance and launch security solutions, has appointed space industry executive S. Sita Sonty, as the company’s strategic advisor. Sonty is Partner and Associate Director in the Aerospace, Defense and Public Sector practices of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
