ESA funds QinetiQ satellite to host and demonstrate new technologies

The European Space Agency (ESA) has mandated the British defense and security group QinetiQ to demonstrate and validate innovative satellite technologies on a spacecraft built on QinetiQ’s PROBA platform, the company announced. Satellogic to go public via SPAC, valued at $850 million

The satellite imagery specialist Satellogic wants to go public through a SPAC merger, valuing the company at $850 million, the firm said. Satellogic is going public through a merger with Cantor Fitzgerald’s CF Acquisition Corp. V. Leading institutional investors participate in the transaction through private investments of $100 million.
