Space investment and innovation has hit an all-time high. During the Space Pavilion and Tech Talks we will be discussing how much value can be unlocked from space technology and the new business models and investments boosting the industry.

The biennial "space law" training course of Asia_Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO) was held this time in cooperation with TUBITAK Uzay and  UNOOSA for four days from 18th to 21st of September, 2019 in Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Turkey.

The STFC/Lockheed Martin Global Space Traffic Management Workshop hosted by the Royal Edinburgh Observatory is taking place in Edinburgh 26-29th August 2019. It is the fourth in what has become an annual series of events that bring together invited groups of international participants with expertise in the range of topics that relate to the development of a global system for Space Traffic Management (STM).

During the Space Generation Advisory Council Event in Kuwait, SpaceWatch.Global Editor Chaitanya Gopal had the chance to sit down with Dr. Bassam Alfeeli, the Founder of Orbital Space,  the first private company in the Middle East to provide access to space through CubeSat technology. Last March, Secure World Foundation was pleased to announce the inaugural Summit for Space Sustainability, to be held in Washington, DC on June 25-26, 2019. Our creation of the Summit was driven by the rapid growth in both the number and diversity of space actors, the emergence of new kinds of space activities, and the resulting space sustainability challenges posed by these developments.
