As the third day of GLOC 2023 comes to an end, SpaceWatch.Global Dr Emma Gatti spoke with BBC Journalist and moderator of the first day at the conference, Ru Abbas Kermani about the event and space communication in general.

On Thursday, the 25th of May, GLOC2023, Global Space Conference on Climate Change, the first Space conference entirely dedicated to Climate Change closed it’s first edition in Oslo, Norway's capital city. One of the major takeaway points was the need to make data more accessible. “People who work in crucial and critical data should be able to use the data freely,” says Dr Emma Gatti, Editor-in-Chief at SpaceWatch.Global.

The Global Space Conference On Climate Change (GLOC) 2023 has launched into its second day with a variety of plenary sessions, highlight lectures and GNF discussions. Today’s topics have included carbon footprints, methane, and generational exchanges focusing on the need for communication and involving youth in discussions on climate.
