Sidus Space Selects Exolaunch for LizzieSat™ Deployment

Sidus Space, Inc., a Space-as-a-Service company focused on mission-critical hardware manufacturing combined with commercial satellite design, manufacture, launch, and data collection recently signed an agreement with Exolaunch. The agreement will see Sidus Space use Exolaunch's CarboNIX separation system to deploy LizzieSatTM satellites during the LizzieSat rideshare missions with SpaceX in 2023 and 2024. This agreement includes comprehensive technical support that ensures safe, reliable LizzieSat microsatellite deployment.

US PTO Grants OQ Technology Patents for 5G IoT Satellite Constellation

Absolut Sensing Selects NanoAvionics for Demonstration Satellite

Absolut Sensing, a subsidiary of the Absolut Group specializing in the measurement of greenhouse gas emissions, has selected Kongsberg NanoAvionics to build its demonstration satellite dubbed “GEN1” after a rigorous selection process. Astroscale Japan and JAXA Launch Co-Creation Project

Astroscale Japan Inc., a subsidiary of Astroscale Holdings Inc. (“Astroscale”), a satellite servicing and long-term orbital sustainability Company, and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) have started concept co-creation activities for a satellite refueling service under the JAXA Space Innovation through Partnership and Co-creation (J-SPARC). The aim is to explore concepts for a fuel delivery service for one year toward realizing space sustainability. The mission concept will be to provide refueling service on orbit to satellites that are both prepared and unprepared to be refueled.
