Astroscale U.S. appoints Becky Yoder as SVP for finance and business

Astroscale U.S., the U.S. unit of Astroscale Holdings, a leader in securing long-term orbital sustainability,  announced that Becky Yoder, an experienced and highly respected space industry professional, has joined the Astroscale U.S. management team. Ms. Yoder is serving as Senior Vice President for Finance and Business Operations as of June 2020.

Yoder joins Astroscale with more than 25 years of experience in business, finance and operational management. Most recently, she was Director of Operations for the Orbital Technologies group at General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems. Prior to that, Yoder held leadership roles in financial and business operations as CEO and CFO for Surrey Satellite Technology US. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating and leading strong organizations.
Yoder will help expand and enhance Astroscale U.S.’ business and finance operations as it engages with partners, customers and other groups in the commercial and government space and technology communities.

Started in April 2019, Astroscale U.S. has made key additions to its management team, including Dr. Clare Martin, Executive Vice President of Program and Operations, Charity Weeden, Vice President of Global Space Policy, Dave Fischer, Vice President of Business Development and Advanced Systems and Dave Hebert, Director of Communications. The management team brings decades of experience in business development, operations, policy and communications in the aerospace industry.
